Mr. Timothy Ewell

Tim is beginning his seventh year in ministry in the English District and his 24th year in ministry overall. By God's grace, he strives to provide services, support, communication, vision and leadership for the congregations and schools, professional church workers and laity in the areas of Lutheran School Ministry, Children's Ministry, Family Life Ministry, Youth Ministry and Adult Education. Tim completed his undergraduate work at Concordia - River Forest and a his master's in educational administration and post master's work at Indiana University. Tim is married to Laura, a former Lutheran school teacher and is blessed with three children, Nathan, Jonathan and Alyssa. His family resides in Canton, MI and attend Risen Christ Lutheran Church, Plymouth, MI.

Prior to accepting a call to the English District in 2001, Tim previously served as a Lutheran school teacher and principal in several different settings and as a Minister of Adult Education/Development in one of the largest churches in the Synod.
